  • Contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the incident
  • We will send you a claim form, or you can download one here
  • Ensure you have taken all practical steps to prevent further damage or loss
  • All claims for loss or theft/burglary need to be reported to the police and their file reference supplied to us
  • Provide whatever quotes, damage reports or invoices relate to the claim
  • The insurance company will usually want some “Proof of Purchase” which shows you actually owned the item; usually this is in the form of a receipt or packaging
  • Tip: for damaged items, take a photo right away and send it in with the claim form
  • Don’t dispose of the item – the insurance company will retain this
